Aquila established its’ subsidiary, Trigor AVD in the year 2001
and the major business lines currently are:
• Import and distribution of Unilever, Kimberly Clark,
Tchibo, Sara Lee and Ferrero products
• Distribution of British American Tobacco products
• Transport services
Trigor AVD had sales of €8 mil+ in 2005, which place Trigor AVD on a top-three position in the country.
Sales are organized based on both presell-delivery (Unilever) and vansell (Kimberly Clark / BAT) models, with three separate sales teams.
Trigor AVD has a national coverage in the Republic of Moldova. Company’s headquarter is in Chisinau and there are two branches, one in the north of the country at Balti, the other one in the south, at Cahul. There are three warehouses, with a total rented office and warehousing facilities of 2,500 m2, covering all 10,000+ inhabitant localities and a significant portion of the smaller ones.
The fleet includes 38 vehicles, with a capacity of over 25 to. Total headcount is over 100 persons, 50+ of which sales personnel.
There are over 5,700 active clients in Trigor AVD’s portfolio.

• Logistic support;
• Domestic and international transport services.
Standard AVD had sales of €4,6 mil+ in 2005.
Sales are organized based on presell-delivery (Unilever, Danone, Overseas,
To Food) with four separate sales teams.

headquarter is in Belgrade and there are three branches more, one in
the north of the country at Novi Sad, one in the south-west at Cacak
and one in the south-east at Nis. There are four warehouses, with a
total rented office and warehousing facilities of 1,700 m2, covering
all 10,000+ inhabitant localities and a significant portion of the smaller
ones.
The fleet includes 46 vehicles, with a capacity of over 25 to. Total headcount is over 70 persons, 25+ of which sales personnel.
There are over 4,000 active clients in Standard AVD’s portfolio.
Standard AVD provide the logistic support and maintain in good conditions the activities regarding the purchasing and the distribution of the products for the two official distribution agents and also for I.K.A.-s.
At the same time, Standard AVD provides co-pack and sticking services for the products imported by Unilever doo from U.S.C.E.
The warehouse is located at 20 km from Belgrade in locality Dobanovac and has a 2,316 m2 storage capacity. For co-pack activity, we have allocated a 290 m2 surface and 10 m2 for offices. In this warehouse are working 5 permanent workers and 30+ temporary workers.
